Coaching

The nature of personal development is such that feedback and an impartial sounding board is hugely beneficial to the individual. In the current business climate of delivery, delivery, delivery there is very little capacity for line managers to provide this very necessary support to their people and teams.

Coaching allows us to work with individuals and teams within their context, supporting their growth in a way which is relevant to the challenges being faced. Coaching sessions vary according to the individual’s and team’s needs.

Our coaching approach draws on the key themes described in the Now! Series overview and may follow on from workshops which they have been a part of. In this way individuals and natural working teams are able to integrate and apply insight in a way that is relevant to their context, both professional and personal.

Our coaching style is both creative and  practical and is the practice of facilitating, inspiring and  stretching individuals and teams in their growth and performance.
