Through a survey, our initial role has been to assist the leadership of Pilotfish to ask their employees a series of important questions around engagement within the business.

In 2005 we started a leadership development project with Federal Mogul Friction Products. The project went national and into other companies in the group including Aftermarket, Sealing Systems, Pistons and Valves. Our activities also include coaching and conference facilitation.

Our work with the Protea Chemicals group started in 2003 with a series of leadership workshops within Chempro. Since then we have been involved with all aspects of the NOW series workshops, team away days, individual coaching and participation in conferences in a number of divisions.
