After twenty years in the corporate world having achieved the material and societal success that promised happiness and life satisfaction I found myself wondering why I felt dissatisfied, stressed and lacking in energy for living life to the full. I was making a good living but not really living at all.

Since 2000 my path has been one of choosing to “Live Life Now” at every level of being; physical energy and balance, emotional choice and freedom from old patterns, mental enquiry and creativity, spiritual essence and impact. Not without its challenges, but rich in meaning and reward.
Through my association with Apple Tree, I get to live my talents, play to my strengths and do what I love doing whilst encouraging and mentoring others to find ways to live what makes them come alive. It’s a never ending adventure of self and life mastery played out from where-ever we are standing.
I am inspired by harmony and dance.
I am passionate about living my free spirit and freeing spirit in others.
I believe in living life intentionally.
What I love most about my work is the constant growth it allows.
