I was born in Dundee, Scotland, and grew up in the South East of England. Then came twenty five years working in the corporate world, with fifteen years in managerial roles within various industry sectors including IT, Telecoms and Professional Services. I experienced and facilitated change on an ongoing basis throughout this time, in many different cultures. I saw so many people over the years doing no more than ‘just existing’ within their working environment, and being there ‘just because’ I always knew there should be much more…
After setting up and running my own commercial cleaning business, I then ‘found’ Apple Tree, and knew in my heart that this was a space that was right for me. I’ve always believed in making the most of life, every single precious day, through the good times and the not so good times, and my work with Apple Tree allows me to help others to make the most of their lives too within work, and play…..
I also work as a life coach with private clients.
I am inspired by Every precious day, by nature, by smiles laughter and love, and by my inner voice whom I ignored (because it was easier!) for so many years.
I am passionate about Being true to self, and filling life with joy – my own life, and the lives of others. On another level I am passionate about nature, music, and dancing, and driving round beautiful country lanes.
What I love most about my work Seeing people change and grow and move towards their true potential, with confidence and belief.
What I love most about living in the UK The beautiful countryside, the hills and mountains, the interesting differences between people living in different parts of the UK – such a variance in attitudes and lifestyle within such a small country.
I listen to music, music, music – a great variety of styles, but all touch my soul in some way …… and ‘easy listening’ for those relaxing weekends. I also love listening to people and their interesting thoughts and ideas, and of course …… nature.
I read Anything that ‘finds me’ and looks interesting.
